Booking Appointments

  • All appointments that were cancelled due to COVID-19 will be top priority and first to be accommodated once we reopen.
  • We will contact you to arrange a new appointment time. A wait-list will then take effect.
  • We will be operating at 50% capacity so that every second chair remains vacant to ensure proper social distance. To help minimize lengthy waiting periods for appointments, we will extend our hours and will be open Monday to Saturday.

Arriving for Your Appointment

  • You will be pre-screened via a phone conversation to ensure you are healthy enough to attend an appointment. Your temperature will also be taken upon arrival.
  • If you are not feeling well, please cancel your appointment immediately and we will do our best to reschedule you once you are feeling better.
  • Please arrive unaccompanied for your appointment, with minimal belongings, and at exactly your appointment time.

  • We ask that all clients wear a mask and use our hand sanitizer upon entering the salon.
  • Masks are mandatory, and if you don’t have one, a mask will be provided for you to purchase. Your stylist will also wear a mask or face visor.
  • To ensure proper disinfecting procedures, additional time will be allotted to sanitize all stations, tools and wash basins.
  • Beverages, magazines and the waiting area will not be available at this time.
  • You may bring your own beverage for appointments longer than 30 minutes.

Appointment Modifications

  • We are temporarily suspending all stand-alone blow-dry appointments, monthly blow dry packages, and after-colour blow-dries at this time.
  • Unfortunately at this time, we are not able to accept clients aged 12 and under. Children will be put on a wait list until further notice.
  • All student and senior discounts will also be suspended until further notice.
  • Appointments longer than 2 hours require a non-refundable deposit to secure the time slot.

Home Care for Your Hair

  • Please ask the front desk for assistance, should you wish to purchase retail products.
  • Privé Hair Gallery will continue to offer DIY colour kits for home use. Please check with your stylist for your custom colour kit.
  • In-salon treatments are now available for purchase. Please ask your stylist which one is best for you.
