Arriving for Your Appointment
- Please arrive unaccompanied for your appointment, with minimal belongings, and at exactly your appointment time.
- Upon arrival you will be asked to sanitize your hands and complete a COVID screening .
- If you are not feeling well, please cancel your appointment immediately and reschedule once you are feeling better.
Safety Measures
- We ask that all clients wear a mask and use our hand sanitizer upon entering the salon.
- Masks are mandatory, and if you don’t have one, a mask will be provided for you to purchase. Your stylist will also wear a mask or face visor.
- To ensure proper disinfecting procedures, additional time will be allotted to sanitize all stations, tools and wash basins.
- Beverages, magazines and the waiting area will not be available at this time.
- You may bring your own beverage for appointments longer than 30 minutes.
Appointment Modifications
- Appointments longer than 2 hours require a non-refundable deposit to secure the time slot.
Home Care for Your Hair
- Please ask the front desk for assistance, should you wish to purchase retail products.
- Privé Hair Gallery will continue to offer DIY colour kits for home use. Please check with your stylist for your custom colour kit.
- In-salon treatments are now available for purchase. Please ask your stylist which one is best for you.
